Veedersburg -- Charles Cronk, 78, a life resident of Veedersburg died Tuesday night Sept 20, 1966 in Superior, Wis where he had been visiting his son, John and family. Mr. Cronk had been in failing health nearly 4 years. He was born August 27, 1888, in Veedersburg to John W. and Margaret Bedford Cronk. He was married to Ethel Graham in 1916. A graduate of Veedersburg HS Mr. Cronk was employed by the Indiana State Highway Department until his retirement. He was a member of the Veedesrburg Methoidst Church. Surviving besides the son, John, are the widow; 3 grandchildren and one great grandchild. The body is being brought to the Parham Funeral Home in Veedersburg where funeral arrangements are incomplete.

Services for Charles Cronk, 78 of Veedersburg will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Parham Funeral Home. The Rev. Mrs. Edith Bruner will officiate with burial in Bonebrake Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. today. He died Tuesday.
